Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy:

 

• 100 % payment is required at the time of making the booking.

• No cancellation will be charged if booking is cancelled 15 days prior to check in.

• 50% cancellation will be charged on total booking amount if cancelled 15 – 7 days prior to check in.

• 100% cancellation will be charged on total booking amount if cancelled 7 days prior to check in.

 

Standard refund policy exempts peak dates (May & June, Long Weekends, 23 Dec till 02 Jan). Below will be the policy during this period.

• 100 % payment is required at the time of making the booking.

• No cancellation will be charged if booking is cancelled 21 days prior to check in.

• 30% cancellation will be charged on total booking amount if cancelled 21 – 15 days prior to check in.

• 70% cancellation will be charged on total booking amount if cancelled 15 – 7 days prior to check in.

• 100% cancellation will be charged on total booking amount if cancelled 7 days prior to check in.

 

All the cancellation / refund will be processed after deducting GST
